Come join us for a fun and rejuvenating session of Laughter Yoga at the Shelley Lake Fishing Prier top seating area! This event is all about spreading positivity and laughter through simple breathing exercises, deep belly laughter, and playful activities. No yoga experience required - just bring an open mind and a willingness to laugh! We will practice Laughter Yoga for 25 minutes and then chat while we walk around Shelley Lake. Let's come together to laugh, de-stress, and enjoy the great outdoors. Wear athletic attire. See you there!
