A free stand-up comedy night. Showcasing some of the circuit's most exciting new acts as well as some established favourites and the odd cheeky pro trying out new material.
Last Wednesday of every month in the institute @ andersons in Glasgow's Merchant City.
This month's headliner is the incredible Kate Hammer!
Kate Hammer is an anemic yet energetic comedian living in Glasgow. She has performed on Just for Laughs, Latitude Festival, Kelburn Garden Party, Late N Live, 2000 Trees, and was a finalist for the Funny Women competition 2025, as well as being a semi-finalist for the 2022 LGBTQ and Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year competitions. She is the resident host and co-producer of the queer comedy show All Mouth and has opened for Sam Lake, Shane Daniel Byrne, Susan Calman, and Mark Nelson. Kate is high energy, wears high-waisted trousers, and always stays true to her goat farming heritage.

Our resident host is Trevor Brennan, an Irish comedian based in Glasgow. Trevor hails proudly from the north side of Dublin and tackles hard-hitting topics with a lightness and silliness that allow us all to breathe and laugh at that which could divide us.
