Laugh Your Craft Off: Beginner Cross-Stitch

Laugh Your Craft Off is a series of craft workshops where you can make things with artists while comedians tell jokes. We’ve paired artists and crafters with comedians to take your grandma's craft circle to a whole new level. There will be laughs! There will be crafts! So grab yourself a drink and come hang out with us!

Learn the basics of cross stitch with Steffie Notion in this beginner-friendly class! You'll master essential stitches, get familiar with materials, and complete a simple design to take home. Perfect for newcomers or those wanting to refresh their skills!

Steffie Notion (she/they) is a textile artist renowned for their vibrant embroidery pieces that champion body positivity and sexual empowerment. Through her vibrant and daring compositions, Steffie invites viewers to embrace their own bodies and sexuality with unapologetic confidence.

About The Comedian

Kate McLachlan is a comic who lives in Denver, Colorado. She is the 2018 winner of the Four Corners Next Best Comic Competition and the loser of Comedian's Power Hour, but that's a drinking contest so don't feel bad for her. She is the co-creator of the show Dyketopia, which means that she gets recognized at every vegan restaurant in Denver. She can't wait to meet your dog!
