General Admission: Includes access to standing room on the main floor. The Aviary Loft (21 and up): Includes general admission ticket, exclusive access to private balcony with limited cocktail tables and stools, private bar and private restroom. *Not wheelchair accessible
To help create the ultimate Halloween experience, all guests are required to arrive in a Halloween costume to be admitted into the event.
Please note:
- Costumes are mandatory for entry.
- Guests who arrive without a costume may be denied entry without a refund.
- Costumes must comply with the venue’s safety policies (full prohibited items list available here. Venue costume policy below.). No real weapons, illegal items, or anything deemed unsafe by event staff.

The Truman Costume Policy:
-Fully Painted Faces must be identifiable for IDing purposes, bring a second form of identification please.
-No nudity (no exposed nipples, underboob, buttox)
-No fake or real weapons
-No full headed masks
-No long chains
-No whips
-No glowsticks or LED poi
💰 PLEASE NOTE: The Truman is a cashless venue. Only credit or debit cards are accepted at the bars, box office, or guest services.
🚗 PLEASE RIDESHARE - Parking is limited around the venue. We strongly recommend using rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from the venue. There is a designated rideshare pick up / drop off location near the entrance for your convenience.
