Latine Festival 2024

Join us on September 21st, 2024, from 10am to 7pm, as we celebrate the vibrant culture of the Latino community at our festival located in Pilsen "The Heart of Chicago" ! Come explore a diverse array of vendors, from tantalizing food trucks to enticing pop-ups. This event is open to the public.

We are searching for merchandise vendors and food trucks to participate in a full day event outdoors. This is the perfect opportunity to market your brand!

Vendors need to bring their own tables and chairs. No table? We offer table rentals for $20 each. Please make sure to add "Vendor Table Rental" at checkout.

General Admission:

Free of cost for all ages to come out to celebrate National Hispanic Hertiage Month and explore variety of vendors outdoors!

Festival Volunteers:

We are seeking volunteers to help throughout the festival. If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out a form (Google form). We are also accepting those who wish to earn community service hours or volunteer service hours for educational purposes.

Merchandise (non-food) Vendors:

We are accepting all types of merchanise vendors. To help us arrange your vendor space for the festival; please fill out (Google form). Deadline to submit is September 11th, 2024.

Resource (Information-Only) Vendors:

We are accepting vendors who wish to display or share information or resources about the services their organization or business can provide. No selling items. To help us arrange your vendor space for the festival: please fill out (Google form). Deadline to submit is September 17th, 2024.

Food Trucks:

The City of Chicago requires us to complete and submit a special event food truck single event license form for each food truck participating in our festival. Please email our event coordinator at [email protected] to receive the form, fill it out, and send it back to us. We will then submit it directly to the City of Chicago. Deadline to submit is August 30th, 2024.
