Dr. Hortencia Jimenez will lead a discussion on mental and emotional wellbeing and how we can ground ourselves in gratitude.
We will then transition to an open air yoga session led by certified instructor, Vivian Leyva.
Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably and bring their yoga mats.
