About this Event

Latin-inspired Baking demonstration

Join us in person for a fun and tasty Latin-inspired baking demo! Discover the secrets behind delicious traditional treats from Latin America. Whether you’re a kitchen newbie or a baking pro, you’ll learn cool tips and get hands-on experience. Don’t miss out on this yummy, interactive event where flavor meets fun!

This fall, The Aloe Family is hosting Latin-inspired Baking Demonstrations, a two-part event series at Prepped Palate (1619 Ensley Blvd, Nashville, TN) featuring professional chefs from Bueno Bakery, La Salvadorena, Marla Baked, and Mor Empanadas. On September 30, guests will learn sourdough bread and traditional Mexican conchas; on October 29, the series continues with an Argentinian empanada and chocoflan demonstration.

Each session includes coffee, wine, beer, charcuterie, and tastes of the dishes prepared, with proceeds benefiting the Aloe Family's job skills program, which equips individuals in our community with hands-on culinary and professional training.
