The Sassy Wellness Latin Fusion Performance Team will hold tryouts for the Fall semester on Tuesday July 16th, 2024 at 7:30PM Lexington Athletic Club Studio B.This is a FREE Tryout session that will include information on the commitment required to be on the team.
~A partner is not required to tryout!~
Clothing required for tryouts: Black top, black pants, and black dance shoes
Those trying out will be tested on the following:
~Choreography memorization (a short choreography will be taught)
~Technique (Ability to execute basic/intermediate footwork, timing, musicality, holding proper frame)
~Ability to be a team player
The Fall semester is packed full of amazing performance opportunities including the September Latino Festival, local social events and the Bachata Love Congress in Atlanta.
Participants will be notified if they made the team by the end of July. Team practice will start the first Tuesday in August.
An informational meeting will be given after the tryouts to explain the commitment requirements for the team along with rules/expectations.
We are excited to see some new talent on our team and cannot wait to see you shine on the performance stage!
