In this five hour class, you will learn basic lathing and build a small brass "salute" cannon to take home.
- Setup tips & machining parts on the lathe, hands on.
- Practice cutting brass with the manual lathe, using controls and dials.
- Put theory into practice as you build a small cannon making it to the drawing.
Class includes all materials, including the cannon, trunnion and STL files to enable 3D-Printing either a "Army Carriage" or a "Navy Carriage"
