Vendor Fee:- Charged per day of participation.

Event Guidelines:- Early breakdowns are not permitted.- We uphold a standard of kindness and respect. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the event.

Booth Setup Details:- Booths are placed side by side. Plan your setup accordingly.- Electricity is available for an additional $25. Bring your own extension cord.

Donations:- Welcome for door prizes and silent auctions, supporting community projects like hats and gloves.- First 25 attendees get swag bags; include a business card with a coupon if possible.- First 100 customers receive a free reusable bag.

Vendor Amenities:- Each vendor receives one 8ft table, two chairs, and a parking pass.- Bring your own table cloth and ensure your setup is well-organized.

Anticipated Turnout:- Expecting 2,700 to 3,000 shoppers. Direct sales opportunities are first-come, first-served.
