Late Night Yin with Kim

Join us after work with certified yoga instructor Kim K’uh Ayoka. She is trained in Ayurvedic dosha healing and detox therapy methodologies to support nutritional balance for improved energy and digestion.

This special event is curated for after work professionals who desire a guided and gentle yoga practice to destress and move at their own pace and ability.

We will use Yin and restorative yoga practices that nourish and calm the nervous system. This may include trauma informed practices and deep breathing meditations.

Guided music will support our movements as we integrate meditative practices while engaging in each held asana (pose) for about 2-3 minutes.

After yoga, relax while listening to a live world fusion band (violin and acoustic guitar rhythms sung in English, Urdu, French snd Russian) and grab some food provided by The Collective.
