About this Event

Facilitated by Neeley Moore, Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner

For years I believed I was too much.

Too emotional.

Too sensitive.

Too scattered.

Too intense.

My ADHD diagnosis did not give me an identity.

It gave me compassion.

This intimate gathering is for women who are curious about the intersection of ADHD, trauma, attachment, hormones, nervous system regulation, and the lifelong adaptations we develop to survive.

Together we’ll explore:

  • What ADHD has meant in our lives
  • The grief of not being seen sooner
  • The wisdom hidden inside our adaptations
  • The body’s role in healing
  • Moving from shame into self-acceptance
  • The freedom that emerges when we stop fighting ourselves
  • This is a space for stories. For connection. For laughter. For tears. For understanding.
  • For coming home to yourself.

WHEN:
Starts 13th September 2026

September 13, 20, 27, October 4, 11

Neeley works at the intersection of trauma, somatics, and embodied healing. Her approach is grounded, integrative, and client-led—built on the belief that true transformation happens when we reconnect with the intelligence of the body and the truth it holds.
