Lasting Wellbeing: An Evening with Dr. Matt Bloom
About this Event
Charlotte—like many growing cities—is experiencing rising stress, burnout, and mental health challenges. Lasting Wellbeing offers something rare: free, research-based mental health education grounded in nearly 30 years of evidence—not trends or quick fixes.

Dr. Bloom is also the co-founder of Ritual, a mobile app that offers wellbeing practices. This talk will align with themes and research behind Dr. Bloom's new book, Lasting Wellbeing.
