Last Sourdough Class!!!
Hello!
This is Jaelyn Folker with Sourdough By J! I am thrilled to meet you guys and teach you about the art of sourdough! Here is more info in regards to the class and what to expect. The class starts at 12pm Saturday October 25th. Please be on time! ☺️
Cost of class: $100.00
In the class I will teach you the following:
-The basics of Sourdough, what is sourdough, how to feed your starter, and the benefits of sourdough bread!
-How to make sourdough. I will have a few loaves that will be ready to score and bake in the oven tomorrow as well as Dough that you will shape and place in your bannetons to take home and make bread the following day!
- Light snacks and refreshments will be provided! Yes this means coffee for those of you that love coffee & tea as well!
What to Bring: -apron (this is optional)
-notebook and a pen to take down notes
And a tea towel to cover your dough!
What you will Take Home: -a premade sourdough loaf ready to eat when you get home.
-my favorite sourdough recipes
-life-long knowledge of how to make bread that will nourish your family. (Priceless!)
-sourdough starter
-banneton basket
-dough in banneton to bake the following day!
