Join Sarah, a certified Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing Practitioner in a group yoga nidra and sound healing journey that will help to create an energetic shift to unite all levels of your being - a process of balancing the body, mind, heart, soul and spirit.
You'll be guided by Sarah's voice through a blend of breathwork, guided imagery and physical relaxation techniques. Then, participants will be immersed by a variety of relaxing vibrational sounds. Both modalities work wonderfully to rebalance and retune. The experience is about non-doing, surrendering, letting go, feeling and just listening.
This class occurs on the LAST FRIDAYS of each month from 615-730pm at the Tree of Life Metaphysical in Gilbert.

Please arrive 10-15 minute early to sign in and get settled. Sarah will ask each person to sign a liability and photo waiver form.
What to bring:
Please bring your own props such as yoga mat and blanket. Sarah will have extra head pillows, eye pillows and knee bolsters for those interested.

About Sarah Spearin:
Owner of Syncing Into Bliss, LLC, Sarah is passionate about helping others heal and transform their lives. Her path started with a career as an occupational therapist that spanned over 13 years helping adults become independent in their daily living tasks. Her spiritual journey grew to include a 200-hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2013 through Rishikesh Yog Peeth in India in 2014. In 2022, she become certified in IAM Yoga Nidra through SWIHA. In 2023-2024, she became certified in sound healing for both individuals and clients through the Sound Healing Academy.
Within her Tempe private residence, her Studio Space is where Sarah she offers private and partner healing sessions. Additionally, she enjoys partnering with businesses as she wants to provide sound and meditation to the helpers and givers of our society - those folks in those high stress, high demand jobs such as our teachers, vets, first responders, and our mental health practitioners. Offering to people living with cancer is also important as Sarah is a Cancer Overcomer.
