*** YOU MUST EMAIL OR CALL/TEXT/WHATSAPP TO RESERVE A SPOT (details below)***A social paddle on the lake for approximately 1.5-2 hours. We will paddle approximately 3.5-5 miles. You must know how to paddle. THIS IS NOT A CLASS OR LESSON. A great way to meet some new friends.
Class includes board, paddle, personal flotation device (PFD) leash.
MUST KNOW HOW TO SWIM!
$35 pp. Class includes all equipment.

Your instructor, Dee, is an ACA Level 2 Certified SUP Instructor, Paddlefit Core Certified SUP Instructor, NASM CPT Certified Personal Trainer, HMS Human Movement Specialist, WPA Certified SUP instructor, Bliss Paddle Yoga Certified SUP Yoga instructor, CPR/AED/First Aid Certified, Mental Health First Aid Certified, Surfset Certified instructor and holds a Boater's Safety Certificate.
