It's that time of year again to finish the year with one big giant CG workout! We had almost 200 people last year! Can we break the 200 people mark?! We have the space for itFinish the year strong and come get one final CG workout in for 2024! We will be using all floors of the parking garage for an awesome full body workout!
We will have vendors, prizes, raffles and post workout mimosas!
This event is for EVERYONE! Current CG members, former CG members, and for those who have never done a CG workout before!
It's going to be a fun morning and a great way to finish 2024!
