Join us for free track workouts with RRCA Certified Coach & DPT Stef Heyser & Justin Craig every Tuesday at the Wayne State University track! Please complete this emergency contact form before attending your first workout: https://forms.gle/QZAtETHGgDBJ9bDc8.Workouts take place every Tuesday through October 8. Workouts start with a mobility warmup and run drills. All ability levels are welcome; bring a friend! We'll help you build speed for your fall races, culminating in the Detroit Free Press Marathon! Ample free parking is available on the streets bordering the athletic complex (W Edsel Ford Service Drive, Lodge Service Drive, W Warren Ave, Trumbull). Paid parking available in WSU Lot 50 (Entrance on W Warren Ave. Credit card only.)
