Laser Art Workshop: 3D Mandala Edition

Join us for a contemporary workshop exploring composition, colour, and making through 3D wooden mandala art.

Using professionally prepared laser-cut pieces, participants will assemble their own layered artwork while discovering the process behind digital fabrication and laser-cut design.

The session is calm, hands-on, and focused on material exploration, composition, and creative process. A space to work with colour, shape, and texture while making something physical and personal.

During the workshop, you will:

• Choose from a curated mandala collection

• Work with laser-cut wooden elements

• Explore layering, composition, and colour

• Assemble your own 3D artwork

• Learn about the process behind laser-cut production

Each participant leaves with a finished wooden artwork ready to display.

No previous experience required.

I’m Jimena Ruiz — a visual artist, designer, and maker passionate about transforming imagination into reality.

My work lives at the intersection of art, technology, and play, combining laser cutting, digital design, and hands-on creativity to build meaningful experiences.

As the Founder and Creative Director of Imagine Crafts Makerspace in Dublin, I’ve created a vibrant hub for makers, artists, and curious minds to explore, design, and make.

I believe creativity is not just a skill, it’s a way of thinking, connecting, and building together. Through my workshops, I guide people to turn their ideas into tangible creations through curiosity, experimentation, and joy.
