Lasagna-making class!

Are you ready to elevate your cooking skills and indulge in one of the most beloved Italian dishes? I invite you to join me for a hands-on lasagna making class where you’ll learn everything you need to know to create the best lasagna ever! We’ll kick off the class by feasting on a delicious premade lasagna to inspire our culinary journey. You will construct your own pan of lasagna, step by step, as we make fresh dough, savory sauce, and ooey gooey cheesy layers. We will be making a Bolognese a sauce from scratch with all of the best ingredients, and while that simmers away, we will discover the different types of cheeses you can use and learn the art of layering lasagna for the perfect slice every time. BYOB is welcome, so feel free to bring your favorite drink to enjoy as we cook, feast, & learn together.
