BOULDER STATION HOTEL & CASINO POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

*9% Live Entertainment Tax will be applied to ALL GENERAL ADMISSION tickets and paid directly to the Nevada Gaming Commission by Station Casinos.

Reservation Procedure:

*Deadline for reserving rooms at a discounted rate has now passed. Rooms at regular price may still be available. Please contact Boulder Station reservation department for more information.

Reservations must either be phoned in or done online. To reserve via phone, guests are to contact the Boulder Station Hotel & Casino reservation department via phone number (800) 683-7777. For online reservations, please visit the Boulder Station Hotel & Casino website and enter the promo code for discount.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in time is scheduled for 3:00pm, and check-out time for all guests is 11:00am.

The minimum age requirement of each registered guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

Early Check-In/Check-Out Fees:

Standard Check-in time is 3:00pm. Guests may opt to have a Guaranteed Early Check-in arranged in advance for $15.00 plus applicable tax, applied to their reservation.

Upon arrival, the following schedule will apply for Early Check-in:

- Prior to 9:00am: Unavailable, unless arranged in advance as outlined above.

- Between 9:00am and 12:00pm: Based on availability, $15.00 plus tax early check-in fee.

- Between 12:00pm and 3:00pm: Based on availability, no fee.

The Boulder Station Hotel & Casino will do its best to accommodate early check-ins as guest rooms becomes available. Guaranteed reservations will be held until midnight on the reserved date.

Standard Check-out time is 11:00am. Guests may request for a Late Check-out time which will be subject to availability. A Late Check-out charge will be applied to their reservation, and rates vary based on hotel occupancy. Should a guest wish to depart earlier than their original reservation departure date, a charge of one-night room & tax for the first returned night will apply.

Upon Check-In:

Boulder Station Hotel & Casino requires a deposit of $100.00 upon check-in. Should guests wish to use a debit card, the pre-auhorization will act as a direct withdrawal from the guest's bank account and the funds will be automatically withdrawn upon check-in. After deducting an amount equal to the incidentals used during the guest's stay at the hotel, any balance will be credited to the guest's bank account upon check-out. Refunds to your debit account may take up to 14 days to show, depending on your banks policy. Should guests with to pay this deposit by cash, there will be a slight delay upon check-out while the room status is verified.

Please be advised that all rates are per room, per night, single or double occupancy. A charge of $15.00 per person will be added for each guest over double occupancy (maximum occupancy is 4 people per room).

Early Departure Fee:

Guests that check-out of the hotel early will be charged an early departure fee equal to one (1) night's room and tax.

Cancellations:

Room reservations may be cancelled up to seventy two (72) hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellation within seventy two (72) hours prior to arrival will result in a penalty of one (1) night room and tax charge.

Minors:

The Boulder Station Hotel & Casino is an entertainment/casino business governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and licensed by the State of Nevada Gaming Commission. We hereby notify all guests that it is against the law for any minor (under the age of 21) to loiter in or near any gaming area. It is also against policy for minors (under the age of 21) to be unattended in the hotel rooms. Please be advised that an adult (21 years or older) must be present at the time of check-in and throughout the entire stay. Also, the adult/guest will be held financially responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning to the hotel room.

All guests will be responsible for payment of their own guest room, taxes, hotel service fee and incidental charges.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Las Vegas Truck Invasion is a family friendly event and all ages are welcomed. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Photo ID is required to verify your ability to purchase alcoholic drinks throughout the venue grounds.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Print at home tickets and mobile tickets are both acceptable. We urge all attendees to have tickets ready to be scanned while waiting in line. This avoids any line hold ups. If mobile tickets will be shown, please be sure your phone screen is not cracked as our scanners will not be able to read the barcode.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

As long as the ticket barcode is scannable and valid, the name on the ticket does not need to match the person attending.

I bought a truck registration ticket to have my truck inside the show. At what time do I have to be there?

Roll-in time for all participating trucks will be from 7:00am-11:00am. Gates will close right at 11:00am sharp, NO EXCEPTIONS! Please ensure you are there on time.

What is is the policy for food, drinks and coolers?

Spectators are not allowed to walk-in with coolers, food, etc through the main entrance unless an obvious medical condition is present. Strollers, wagons and umbrellas for children are permitted (power wheels not allowed). All trucks during roll in time and spectator purses, bags, backpacks are subject to search by security before entering the event grounds. No weapons, knives, firearms, alcohol etc allowed on premises. Las Vegas Truck Invasion reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone who wishes not to abide by the rules.

I'm bringing my truck on a trailer. Where do I park my trailer?

There will be a designated area for all trailers to be parked. All trailer owners are required to bring their own tow hitch locks to be placed on the trailers for the duration of the show. We will not be held responsible for any trailers.

Where do I park if I'm attending the show as a spectator?

Spectator parking will be free at no charge and will be located in the parking structure of the casino.

I would like to bring my rzr. Which ticket do I need?

All rzrs will require a truck registration ticket. No quads allowed.

Can I leave the show at anytime and come back?

Re-entries are allowed only for spectators for Las Vegas Truck Invasion. Be sure to have your wristband on when re-entering. Trucks may leave the show at any time but there are no re-entries allowed for trucks.

I don't have a truck but I have a car. Can I bring my car to the show?

Cars are not allowed inside the show.

Are pets allowed?

No pets allowed.

What's the refund policy?

No refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!
