About this Event
Larry Scala has been a full-time musician since 1966. An alumnus of the Berklee College of Music, he is accomplished in several different styles of music including Jazz, Swing, Trad, Pop, Blues Rhythm and Blues and Rock n’Roll. His recording credits include NPR’s Sound Pring “Happiness”, a soundtrack for Steven Speilberg’s “Young Indiana Jones” TV series, several jingles, accompaniments, and his own CDs “Double Gemini” and “Swing Stories from New Orleans”.
His Bluesy Band brings together some of the best jazz musicians in New Orleans, including Ed WIse on bass, Meryl Zimmerman on vocals, and Trumpeter extraordinaire Ben Polcer.
<hr />Buffa’s sells full tables instead of individual seats. This insures musicians fair pay and puts no pressure on our guests to have to give up their table due to upcoming reservations. 100% of ticket sales goes to the musicians.
