Large Ramen Bowl Wheel Workshop

Show your Dad a wheely good time this Father's Day! Work with an experienced potter on the pottery wheel to create a large Ramen Bowl with step by step instructions. No experience needed! You will learn how to center 3 pounds of clay, and the basics of throwing pottery on the wheel. After the workshop, your piece will take time to air dry, and then be fired in our kiln. Our potters will trim inserts for a set of chopsticks to rest on the rim.
Admission includes a return visit after 2 weeks to paint your pottery in your own style with colorful pottery glazes. Then it goes into the kiln again for a final firing, and ready 2 weeks after you painted it. Your piece will be dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe. Ages 10 and up.
Admission: $68 per person, includes 1 return visit to paint with glazes.
