LaraconIN is the official Laravel conference - a community-led and community-driven conference. The conference is centred around the Laravel framework covering its development uses and related general software development topics.

Laravel is one of the most popular web development frameworks and is in existence since 2011. It has consistently increased its user base amongst the technical and web development community.

LaraconIN is happening for the first time in India and it will be a two days affair. The conference is scheduled for 25-26 February 2023 at The Capitol, Club O7, Ahmedabad, India.

Schedule

1. Sat, 25 Feb 2023 - 9 am to 5:30 pm
2. Sun, 26 Feb 2023 - 9 am to 5:30 pm

The conference ticket includes the following (for both days):

• Entry to the venue, auditorium, and conference.
• Lunch.
• Tea/Coffee and other refreshments.

We are also planning an after-party for the evenings and that will be announced later. The after-party is NOT included in the ticket price.

Tickets

The tickets will be sold on first come first served basis and we have a capacity of around 900 to 1000 seats in total.

The ticket prices are as follows (covers both days):

1. Early Bird - ₹1900 per attendee. [SOLD OUT]
2. Regular - ₹2100 per attendee. [SOLD OUT]
3. Patronage (limited tickets) - ₹3000 per attendee.
4. Late Bird - ₹4000 per attendee
5. Last Minute - ₹5000 per attendee

Prices mentioned above are exclusive of GST.

Note: There is no difference in each ticket type except the pricing. If you are a company and want to support LaraconIN, then we would request you to go for "Patronage" ticket. However, you are free to choose any available ticket type at the time of registration.

Cancellations and Refund

Unfortunately, the tickets once bought cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, you can transfer it to someone else. Please send us an email at [email protected] if you want to transfer your ticket to someone. Note that you will need to settle the money directly with the buyer.

COVID 19 Risk

Unfortunately, the world is still battling with COVID 19 and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID 19 in public places.

You voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure of COVID 19 by attending Laracon India 2023 conference. You waive any claims against conference organizers, volunteers, speakers, event managers, and any affiliates or partners working with Laracon India.

Please adhere to the following guidelines:

• If you are sick or unwell, please stay home and do not attend the conference
• Attendees shall be vaccinated (preferable)
• Please carry a mask and wear at the event if necessary
