Join us for SMART Recovery Meetings, a science-based addiction recovery program designed to help you overcome addictive behaviors and regain control of your life. Through powerful tools and supportive discussions, participants will learn techniques to build motivation, manage cravings, and lead a balanced, addiction-free life.
SMART Recovery integrates methods from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based techniques to empower individuals in their recovery journey. Meetings include open discussions, peer support, and practical strategies for self-regulation and relapse prevention.
This free program is open to anyone struggling with addiction to substances or behaviors. Transportation is available by appointment—please call ahead to schedule.
