The year is 1986. The punch is spiked, the slow song is starting, and somebody at this prom is not making it to the last dance.
Lanternlight Theatre Co. presents Totally 80’s Killer Prom, an interactive 1980s prom M**der mystery dinner show at Chef 21 Sushi Burger and Korean BBQ. Over a Premier Sushi and Hibachi Dinner Buffet, a live cast plays out a M**der mystery right in the room with you. Question the suspects. Gather the clues. Compare notes with your table. Then name the killer before the final reveal.
This is not a show you just watch from across the room. The suspects come to you. Guests can participate as much or as little as they like, and no one is required to perform. Or to slow dance.
Totally 80’s Killer Prom is part of our ongoing monthly series of M**der mystery nights with Chef 21 and its sister restaurant, 21 Raw Bar. Every month is a different show with a new theme, new suspects, and a new killer. That means you can come back again and again.
What to Expect
- Doors open at 7:00 PM. The show begins at 7:30 PM.
- A live, interactive M**der mystery performed throughout dinner
- A chef curated Sushi and Hibachi Dinner Buffet included with your ticket
- Clues, suspects, and a healthy suspicion of everyone at your table
- A final reveal to see who cracked the case
Tickets
$100 per guest. Dinner and the show are included.
Dress the Part
1980s prom attire is encouraged but never required. Puffy sleeves, taffeta, ruffles, and powder blue tuxes are all fair game. So is whatever you were already planning to wear. Your favorite jeans are also welcome. We won't hold it against you. Probably.
