SGF Yields, Springfield's pedestrian safety campaign is offering a free lantern making workshop at the Creamery Arts Center at Jordan Valley Park, downtown. Just RSVP on this event page. In this workshop, we will be upcycling soda bottles into beautiful luminaries for next night's lantern walks in our participating neighborhoods.
October is pedestrian safety month and lantern walks are a great way to learn more about safe walking and driving. We hope to see you there!
