The days are getting shorter, leaves are starting to fall to the ground, and a crisp fall breeze is beginning to fill the air (although this week has been HOT). That can only mean one thing... HALLOWEEN IS ALMOST HERE!
To celebrate our favorite time of the year here at the Baker Mansion, we are thrilled to announce that our beloved Lantern Tours of the Baker Mansion are BACK for the 2025 season! Not only will guests be treated to a true haunted house experience, but these nighttime lantern tours will also explore the mansion's haunted history and even incorporate some of Blair County's other paranormal folklore!
There is a bit of a change to our previously released schedule for our lantern tours this year. Our new schedule has our lantern tours taking place on October 17, 18, 24, 25, 31, and November 1. Much like previous years, each tour will last half an hour, and there will be six tours between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM each night. Groups are limited to 13 guests per tour as well.
Tickets for our Lantern Tours of the Baker Mansion are $5.00 per guest, and these can be purchased at our Visitor Center during our public operating hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Alternatively, guests can also call or email us to reserve their space(s) and pick up their ticket(s) at a later date. Lastly, we will have tickets available for purchase before each lantern tour starting at 6:00 PM. Due to the popularity of this event, though, we recommend buying your tickets ASAP!
