The Lansing Free Yoga Project is proud to present Lansing's first ever Psychedelic Sound Bath Experience!
As the moon shines bright relax in the bowl at the Fish Ladder Music Park while waves of sound from crystal bowls wash over you. Immersive audio, concert lighting, projection, and supplemental audio tracks will all combine to make this a truly memorable and relaxing experience!
Mats will be provided but feel free to bring pillows, mats, blankets, and whatever else might make you comfortable so you can settle in and find your inner peace.
Arrive at 9:30 so you can find your perfect spot! The experience will begin at 10:00 PM and last approximately 1 hour. Once again Matt from the Crystal Connection will be provided sonic inspiration.
