In 2020, the justice system moved very quickly to conducting hearing remotely. What then is the future of remote hearings post Covid? This event is the launch of a report by the Department of Law and Criminology at Aberystwyth University which explores the legal profession's experiences and academic critique of remote hearings and their continued use post Covid.
