Langlois Summertime Music and Artisan Festival

The Langlois Summertime Music and Artisan Festival is happening on June 25th, 2023 on the beautiful southern Oregon coast! This festival will feature a diverse line up of live music; from old-timey and Americana, to bluegrass, R&B, and Chicago brass-band hip hop. In addition, amazing artists and artisans from the south coast and beyond will have their thoughtfully made artisan goods for sale ~ over twenty five high quality vendors! There will be local food trucks serving delicious eats, a restored tap truck serving cider and non alcoholic graveyard pops sodas and lemonade, a restored horse trailer serving cocktails and mocktails, local 7 Devils Brewery will be present + desserts and pastries from The Sweetery! You are welcome to bring a blanket and pack snacks and extra water for a picnic too.

Friendly reminders ~ this is an all ages event and we encourage you to bring your family and friends! Children 17 and under are free + all kids are welcome! But please, there are No Dogs allowed, so leave your beloved pets at home. Pack your blankets and chairs, spread out on the lawn, and enjoy the fun filled summer day with the community!

This is an outdoor event which will take place in the green space by the outdoor stage at the Langlois Cheese Factory event venue. This Summertime Music & Artisan Festival will run from 11:00 a.m. and end at 9:00 p.m, rain or shine! Tip: If you are wanting to shop from your favorite vendors, we suggest getting there before 5pm ~ before folks sell out of their locally made goods and pro tip: bring cash ~ not all vendors accept cards!

Ideally this summertime event will be under gorgeous summer skies..but this is the Oregon coast, so pack the wool and Grundens and an extra sweater just in case! Either way, we will be dancing the entire time.. it’s going to be a groovy good time!

Chicago-based Lowdown Brass Band is coming back to Langlois, Oregon with their unique sound that leans heavily on dancehall and street beat rhythm, with the energy of hip hop, jazz, ska, reggae, and soul. With MC Billa Camp’s lyrical muscle, this talented all-horn band taps traditional New Orleans brass music and contemporary styles from Chicago and New York City to produce an intoxicating, dance-your-ass-off getdown party. - We ask that you please show respect to others, the organizers, the volunteers, the event venue, and the property during this festival. Do not leave any trash or personal belongings behind on the green space when it is time to leave. We also kindly ask that you do not park in any undesignated areas —> follow the parking attendendants directions. There is no parking allowed on the paved road or gravel road - all vehicles must be parked in the event field (go past the Cheese Factory on the dead end road) and you will be directed. Have your name and ticket ready to show for festival entry or be prepared and bring $40 cash at the door.
