This year we're excited to be hosting the event at a new location, the Luxton Fairgrounds, on Sunday, August 16 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. We'll have a free community BBQ, free ice cream, family games and activities, and an outdoor showing of Megamind—because you can never go wrong with a classic. The movie will begin between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m., depending on sunset.
I hope you'll come by, enjoy a meal, spend time with friends and neighbours, and celebrate another great summer in our community. Whether you stay for the evening or just stop in to say hello, I'd love to see you there.
