Join us for a magical morning searching for fairies hiding in the woodland. You can even create your own fairy wand to take home with you and take part in a selection of other magical crafts and outdoor activities. Suitable for ages 3 years and up.

FAQs

🎫 Who requires a ticket?

All children aged 3 years+ will require a ticket to attend. Adults and siblings under 3 do not require a ticket.

📍Where do we meet?

Meet at the Nature Discovery Centre

🥾What should we wear?

Most of our events are fully outdoors, and you need to come dressed for the weather. We recommend layers (top and bottom), which can get mucky. Wellies (with thick socks) and waterproofs are a good shout if you have them.

We are located just off the A127 near Basildon.

🚗Is there parking?

Yes. We have a large free car park.

🚇Can we get to you on public transport?

Yes. We are just under 2 miles walk from Laindon Station and under 1 mile walk from the nearest bus stop.

🚻Are there toilets and a shop?

Yes. Our Langdon Nature Discovery Centre has toilets, a shop and a café serving hot and cold drinks, snacks, ice cream and light lunches.
