Originally from Bucharest, Lache Cercel is the creator of Roma Jazz—a genre blending Eastern European Roma music with Western jazz and classical traditions. A virtuosic violinist and visionary bandleader, he brings together top-tier musicians, singers, and dancers in powerful multicultural collaborations. About the venue:
The Lang Out is located at 1418 Lang. There is ample street parking.
A temporary bike rack will be set up in the front yard.
There are bus stops nearby, notably for routes #24 and #25.
Accessibility information:
- There is some couch seating available, but most seating will be on folding chairs.
- There are steep stairs (18 steps) up to the front door and up to the main floor where the concert will be held. There is no ground level entrance.
