The Missouri State Museum's "Landing After Hours" program, is held the first Wednesday every other month at the Jefferson Landing State Historic Site,100 Jefferson Street. Join us in-person or via Facebook Live.Doors open at 6:30 and the program starts at 7 p.m. Convenient parking is available in the lot next to the Lohman Building (100 Jefferson St.).
Join us June 3rd for the program Jefferson City Hotels: Today & Yesterday. Hotels have been essential to the growth and development of Jefferson City from its earliest days as a new capital city. From housing legislators to hosting community events, Jefferson City has a rich history of hotels and hoteliers. Join historian and author Michelle Brooks as she shares the stories, she discovered while writing her newest book, "Historic Jefferson City Hotels."
