Land of Light: The Duende of Spanish Flamenco!

We are proud to present the United States premiere of this masterwork for Spanish flamenco ensemble and chorus, composed by British composer and flamenco guitarist Howard Haigh. Flamenco is one of the world's most passionate, complex, and thrilling musical genres, and Artistic Director Dr. Vicki Burrichter (a flamenco guitar player herself) was excited to find this rare setting for chorus. The Chamber Chorale will open the concert with "Suite de Lorca", featuring the poetry of Frederico Lorca and set to the music of Finnish composer Einojuhama Rautavaara.
Livestream tickets are also available. Check out www.boulderchorale.org/concerts for more info!
