By popular demand after our very successful Quicksilver Soul Boat soiree back in August, we have booked this wondrous venue to continue where we left off. We have arranged a venue, where for a little bit extra you can book your own VIP area which holds 21 people( 3 x tables of 7), where you can have your own personal service and luxurious seating area, adjacent to the bar. There is a great dance floor next to the bar and plenty of seating areas for those who need to recover between boogieing to the great tunes being played. This year we have a Jazz and Rare Groove Lounge where we can retreat to to hear some more sophisticated Jazz, Soul and Reggae tunes.
Delicious Food
The food is a mix of Asian inspired food with a unique twist which has gained great popularity in a short space of time. Food is available from 14.00pm - 20.30pm, so why not book a table and quote “ Land Lubbers Soul Reunion” for your special discount. Beverages
They have an extensive range of beverages, including draft Guinness and Mount Gay Eclipse 1703, in amongst a vast array of top shelf spirits. Also a vast array of cocktails are available behind the well stocked bar.🥂🥃🍺
Accommodation
If you would like to stay at the hotel above we have arranged a special rate if you quote “ Land Lubbers Soul Reunion”, where a standard single is £65.00 and a standard double is £70.00. If you wish to stretch it to a large double with a King Size bed then that would be £85.00 for the night. So for all of our soul family who would like to travel up for this event, please let me know as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Musical Heaven
We have the five DJ’s who made the boat trip such a memorable experience and a fantastic sound system to produce the quality that our music deserves. We have Harry “H” Crawford, Ray “Goodie” Goodridge, Jim “The Syrup” Day,“Steady” Eddie Small and our special guest DJ, Deano Jones from “Gold Dust Radio” entertaining you with Soul, Jazz, House and Reggae Beats and creating the unique ambience only experienced at one of our events. Warning - you will ache in the morning.🎼🕺🏿💃
Entry Fee
We have reduced the ticket price to £10.00 a ticket if you purchase them online, and £15.00, if there are any available on the night, which we do not anticipate.
The VIP tables, which hold 7, will be £40.00 to reserve and a bottle of Prosecco will accompany your reservation.
