U90 250kg Yoke into 150kg Duck walk

WOMEN:
U73 130kg Yoke into 60kg Duck walk
OVER 73 170kg Yoke into 80kg Duck walk
SAND BAG RUN OVER 3FT YOKE:
(10m total run - 1min 30secs time)

*All bags will be laid out for all categories
*Total weight load makes up your score NO time spilt and has yo be loaded, no measuring distance

CAR LIFT AND HOLD:

RULES:
AXEL PRESS:
*75secs
*Axel must be lifted from ground to overhead
*The lift is complete when Ref gives down signal
*If Ref does not give down signal this will be no rep
*Slip jerk is allowed but feet must be brought in line to be given the lift
*Belt cleans allowed
*Bar must NOT be dropped from overhead and must be brought down under control
KIT:
*All wrist wraps and elbow and knee sleeves allowed
*All belts allowed
*All Grip tops allowed
*All colours chalks allowed
YOKE INTO DUCK WALK:
*Yoke will be carried 15m, the athlete will lift and carry Duck walk to finish
*Athlete will get signal for the Yoke but this is not required for the Duck walk they can go straight into this
*Athlete can set Yoke height prior to events starting
*Front of Yoke must brake the line and Duck walk must go over the line to finish
*No sliding of Yoke or Duck walk - If done 5sec/2m reduction will be applied
*If course completed athlete will be timed on completion. If not athlete will be measured on distances
*Drops are allowed on both Yoke and Duck walk
*Duck will be placed opposite end to the Yoke so one Yoke is completed athlete will not have to run back
KIT:
*ALL belts, sleeves, bands, shoes ,chalks and grip tops allowed
*NO STRAPS, GLOVES, MIXED GRIP TACKY OR STICK SUBSTANCE
SANDBAG RUN OVER 3FT YOKE:
*1min 30 secs time allowed
*Sandbags must be loaded over Yoke within time to count towards total score
*Bags can be loaded in any order
*No time split or distance will be measured it is total weight loaded
KIT:
*ALL shoes, belts, elbow and knee sleeves, grip tops, gloves, coloured chalk allowed
*NO TACKY, GRIP TOWELS OR SPRAYS
DEADLIFT MEDLEY:
*75sec time limit
*There will 4 variations of Deadlift bars, they must be lifted in order
*Athlete can start with hands on the bar if they wish
*A starting command will only apply for the first bar, a down signal will be given from the Ref for every bar
*Athlete must lift the first bar from the ground to the lock out - this will include shoulder, back, hip though and legs locked
*NO dropping the bar from lock out
*Lockout rules apply to all bars, if lockout is not achieved and down signal is not given lift will not count
*Time will only be given for completion of the course, there will be NO split time.
Eg; if we have 2 athlete's that both lift 3 bars each then they will share points, if they do all 4 bars then the winner will be determined by who completed the course in the fastest time
KIT:
All straps, sleeves, belts chalks and baby powder for legs allowed
*NO SUITS, BRIEFS ,BABY OIL, TACKY OR STICKY SUBSTANCE
CAR LIFT AND HOLD:
*Car must be lifted from the ground to a lockout position, once this has been achieved time will begin
*Once the time has begun if athlete drops the handles the lift will be ended and their total time held calculated against other competitors
*NO RESTARTS
KIT:
ALL belts, elbow and knee sleeves, coloured chalk allowed
NO STRAPS, GLOVES, TACKY, GRIP TOWELS OR SPRAY
-All spectators welcome, this is a family friendly event.
-Refreshments will be available through out from The Fuel Station Coffee Shop - our on site coffee shop and we will of course also be having a BBQ!
