Lancaster County Covered Bridge Tour 2022

On September 25th, 2021, the Nittany Chapter conducted a Lancaster County Covered Bridge Tour. The event was well attended, and many commented how much they enjoyed it.

So, on Saturday, November 12th we will be repeating the tour through some of Lancaster County’s most beautiful roads with the backdrop of the remaining fall foliage.

There are two 1 hour driving legs with a 30 minute restroom break between them.

Plan to meet at the Lancaster County Visitors Center (501 Greenfield Rd., Lanc.) at 9 am to receive driving directions.

Upon completing the second leg, we will travel a quarter mile down Greenfield Rd. to Greenfield Restaurant and Bar at 595 Greenfield Rd. Click to view the lunch menu and for those not yet having their crab cake “fix” for the year, as of this writing the crab cake sandwich on the menu is priced at $21

Due to Saturday being the busiest day, Greenfield Restaurant has requested we limit our lunch selections. So, when registering select one of the following for each driver and passenger.   A) Grilled chicken sandwich ($12)   B) Crab Cake ($21)    C) Greenfield Burger ($15)   All attendees will be served a cup of soup de jour ($6) and you can order you beverage of choice.  It is important to register your lunch selections by SATURDAY NOV. 5th.  Text your lunch selections to 717 449-8052. Ex: 1A & 1B or 2C,etc- Please include driver's name.
