The duo of Lana Auerbach and Austin Scelzo perform a diverse selection of fiddle music live at Best Video Film & Cultural Center on Fri., October. 18. The show starts at 7 PM and the cover is $10.Lana Auerbach and Austin Scelzo are a duo based in Western Connecticut and the Hudson Valley. They perform twin fiddle music from various traditions—Bluegrass, Celtic, American Old-Time, and Scandinavian, as well as simple heartfelt songs from classic country music. Lana Auerbach is a graduate student at Bard as a member of The Orchestra Now studying orchestral and curatiorial studies. Austin Scelzo is an award-winning bluegrass and country musician most known for his work with CT based On the Trail and the New England Bluegrass band Rock Hearts.
