This hands-on workshop invites you to explore the art of decorative painting while designing and making your very own bespoke lampshade.

You’ll explore mark‑making, brushwork, and layering methods using high‑quality fabric paints, with guidance on composition, colour palettes, and how to translate your ideas into a functional, beautifully finished piece. Whether you prefer bold botanicals, soft abstract shapes, or playful patterns, you’ll have plenty of time to experiment before committing your design to the final shade

Throughout the day, you will:

• Learn about different textiles and how to choose suitable paints for fabric painting
• Create an all-over design
• Mix your own bespoke colour palette
• Paint onto a conical lampshade to take home
