OVERVIEW

Decades after the politicized shutdown of groundbreaking psychedelic research in the 1970s, the revival of the Psychedelic Renaissance is upon us, influencing our healing journeys, markets, and—importantly—our research labs. With today's urgent need to address humanity’s mental, spiritual, and physical health challenges, this revival is perfectly timed. Studies suggest that psychedelic medicines like psilocybin, MDMA, ketamine, ayahuasca, and 5-MeO-DMT, et al, hold profound therapeutic potential for treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and aiding the end-of-life process.

The LAMPS Psychedelic INSIGHTS Symposium will provide a dynamic and safe space for open dialogue on both the benefits and challenges of psychedelics. These conversations are vital to counteract historical stigmas and ensure we move forward with reverence and responsibility as the psychedelic movement continues to grow. THE ORGANIZATION

LAMPS is a pioneering force and one of the “OG” organizations of the Los Angeles psychedelic movement. Founded by Dr. Brad Adams in 2015, LAMPS has led critical conversations on psychedelic healing through a variety of virtual and in-person educational, social, and experiential events. In 2018, LAMPS hosted the first psychedelic conference in Los Angeles since the 1960s at UCLA, followed by a virtual conference during the pandemic in 2021. Building on this success, LAMPS now invites you to its third Psychedelic INSIGHTS Symposium, promising to dive deeper and braver than ever before!
