Each Thursday, during the month of August, we are thrilled to be tapping some rare beers from our friends at Brasserie Cantillon in Brussels, Belgium, along with 1 special keg from Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen in Beersel, Belgium. Cantillon & 3 Fonteinen are two of the few true lambic breweries (see 100% spontaneously/naturally fermented, never sweetened, always rested, fermented, and aged in oak barrels) and pouring their beer is a scarce opportunity.
Each event will begin at 5pm. No tickets, no pre-orders. Beer and steaks for purchase a la carte.

3 Fonteinen Oude Braamlambik (Draft-still lambic)
(average age of 31 months in oak, 5 month maceration, 100% 3 Fonteinen)
Smoked Ribeye w/ pommes purée and 3 Fonteinen compound butter
