The Language of Flow is a three-day progressive Lambada immersion moving from essential structures, through connection and expression, into freedom and flow.

FRIDAY — GEOMETRY
The Architecture of Lambada
Build the foundations of flow through posture, weight and essential Lambada structures.
The evening concludes with the First Current opening social.
SATURDAY — CONNECTION
The Intelligence Between
Develop shared axes, circularity, signals and redirected momentum as structure becomes connection.
The day concludes with an open-level Social Fluency class and the main Saturday social.
SUNDAY — EXPRESSION
From Structure to Freedom
Explore texture, dynamics, play and integration as structures become increasingly personal and free.
The weekend concludes with a guided practica and closing social.
