π ABOUT THE ORGANIZERS, VERITY ROSE
π Iowa City, IA π‘ PNW β Director of Iowa Zouk, Founder of V Rose Productions
Verity Rose (she/her) started dancing at age 3 when she joined a friendβs tap/ballet class in Seattle, WA. Her passion for dance ignited instantlyβso much so that she would eagerly ask her mom each morning, "Am I going to dance class today?" Dance has been her lifelong passion ever since.
In August 2021 she moved to Iowa City, and In April 2022 she founded V Rose Productions in order to bring Zouk to the community. Since then, she has successfully hosted over 13 weekenders in Iowa City, Fairfield, Des Moines, Chicago, and Milwaukee. The profound joy and positive impact she's experienced from Brazilian Zouk drives her mission to share the art with as many people as possible across the Midwest and beyond through teaching and organizing community-, growth-, and heart-centric events.
