Lallemand Brewing presents BrewEd - Sober Sips: Innovations in Non-Alcoholic Beer Crafting, the first event of 2025 at The Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago IL. This seminar will answer all your questions about non-alcohol brewing and provide you with solutions on how to safely showcase these beers in your brewery.

The evening will focus on recipe development and flavor solutions, highlighting the new non-alcohol bespoke package available for brewers, a collaboration between Lallemand Brewing and the Siebel Institute of Technology. This package will include pricing for use of the Siebel Institute's pasteurizer as a tool to assist brewers facing one of the largest roadblocks in NABLAB production.

Highlights of the evening include interactive flavor adjustments using yeast derived terpene compounds, exploring how inactivated yeast can help with non-alcoholic beer flavor, and a sampling of commercial non-alcoholic beers.
