THE EVENT: Want to reground, reconnect, and recenter this fall season? Yearning for the zen of a yoga retreat without the time, travel, and resource commitments? We’ve got you! 'Retreat yourself' to a bliss-filled afternoon staycay at our first fall Saturday Sanctuary.

This curated event offers moments to:

• Get moving – Center and build flexibility, strength, and stamina through a full-body, all-levels warm power vinyasa yoga flow w/Laura
• Get creative – Reconnect with nature and tap into creative energies while building fresh floral arrangements w/Alana of Brookfield Blooms
• Get nurtured - Discover simple ways to nourish yourself and your skin w/Kate + co. of Helia Health & Beauty
• Get inspired - Enjoy fantastic spaces brimming with art and cozy corners to chill and take in nature at ClovrCollective
• Get quiet – Reflect and release into relaxation with a restorative yoga series and essential oils w/Laura
• Get connected and get your fun on– Share a cup of tea and get to know other amazing humans throughout the day and at our After Glow party

MORE DETAILS: We'll start the afternoon with an opportunity to meet, then flow together through an energizing power vinyasa sequence. The room will be gently heated to ~80 degrees during practice. We love our music loud and our yoga warm at Lala, so get ready to move and sweat here!

From there, we'll cool off, recombobulate, grab some snacks and sips, and get our creative juices flowing, designing arrangement of fresh flowers with the one and only Brookfield Blooms.

Then it's time for some self-nourishment, with simple, sweet, and all-natural skincare offerings from Helia Health & Beauty.

We'll wrap with a deep, relaxaing restorative yoga session, enhanced with a selection of essential oils.

From there, we bask in the After Glow, enjoying delicious sips and snacks with more opportunities to socialize, shop our merch, and sashay into the evening all smiles and bliss.

Lala Bodi Yoga intentionally blends dynamic movement, thoughtful meaning, and music into powerful all-levels yoga practices designed to generate heat, invigorate the bodi, and nourish the soul.
