Lakeside Spring Draw-A-Thon

As part of the public events programme organized by BowArts the first Saturday of the month at the popular Cygnet Square by the Lakeside in Thamesmead, this arts activation will take place May 4th, from 9 am to 1 pm.

During 4 hours Bow Arts artists will take turns at drawing nonstop, marathon style, at their canopy on site. Each artist will work with their subject and dry media of choice on paper, in their own style, ranging from portraits of people and their pets to abstract doodling or conceptual mark making.

Drawings will be temporarily hung within the canopy and a selection collected, once the Drawathon ends, to be donated to the Thamesmead Community Archive.
