Join us for a relaxing and fun-filled Charcuterie Class by the lake! Bring your favorite wine or beverage and unwind as our expert instructor guides you through creating your very own stunning charcuterie board. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a beginner, this hands-on class will teach you the art of pairing cheeses, meats, fruits, and other delicious accompaniments to craft a beautiful, Instagram-worthy spread.
Our expert instructor, Alyssa McKinley, owner of 3 Cheers Charcuterie will guide you step-by-step in assembling a balanced and visually appealing charcuterie board. From selecting the perfect cheeses and meats to adding complementary fruits, nuts, and spreads, you’ll get plenty of tips and tricks for making your boards as delicious as they are beautiful.
In this class, you’ll discover how to arrange your ingredients in a visually striking way. Our instructor will show you how to create layers, use colors, and arrange shapes for maximum visual appeal. By the end of the session, you'll have the skills to create boards that are sure to impress your guests.
At the end of the class, you’ll have the chance to take home your own small charcuterie masterpiece to share with family and friends. Bring your favorite beverages to enjoy with your board, and get ready for a fun and delicious experience.

Cost: (Two Options)
Date Night Size - $60 per person, includes take home 10" bamboo plate and all ingredients.
Family Size - $90 per person, includes take home 13" bamboo plate and all ingredients.
Registration: Deadline is Friday, November 22nd.
Note: We must have at least 20 register to hold the class, so spread the word and invite your friends. If we do not meet the minimum of 20, we will cancel and refund your registration fee. If the option you would like is full, please sign up for the wait list as we may add spots if needed.
