Lakeshore Village Grilled Cheese Challenge

The Lakeshore Village BIA welcomes back their annual street festival on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

The Grilled Cheese Challenge is Ontario’s largest celebration of grilled cheese sandwiches, featuring live music, entertainment, family fun zones, amazing food, specialty drinks, beverage gardens, shopping, and much more!

Attended by over 40,000 guests, this one-day festival brings together fellow grilled cheese lovers in the heart of New Toronto. Festival-goers can enjoy their favourite street food and explore local shops that Lakeshore Village has to offer, including coffee, baked goods, home furnishings, and more.

The festival takes place on Lake Shore Blvd West, from Islington Ave to Second St, in Toronto.
